At BloomChic, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 45 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Return Center and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method and print the prepaid shipping label provided, or generate a QR code for printerless drop-off.
Package and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging, attach the return label securely to the outside, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
